LW-19無鉻鈍化劑是一種無色透明的環保型酸性處理劑，采用複合鹽類在鋁基體表面生成緻密均勻的化學轉化膜，可有效提升鋁合金表面與塗層結合的漆膜附着力以及耐腐蝕性能。槽液配製簡單、工藝控製方便、工作性能穩定。

特性：
1、環保：無鉻、無毒、不含重金屬；
2、簡便：工藝簡單、控製範圍寬；
3、節能：常溫處理，可使用自來水配槽；
4、性能：槽液穩定，皮膜無顔色呈透明，同樣適合晶泳塗裝工藝的前處理。

廢水處理：

LW-19無鉻鈍化劑是一款可水洗的無鉻鈍化産品，不含金屬鉻或其它任何重金屬。因此，除油産生的廢水和無鉻鈍化槽液廢水排放時加入生石灰和片堿中和至PH 6.5-7.5呈中性即可。具體排放標準請根據國家法律法規及當地政府排放標準進行廢水排放。

LW-19 Chromium-free Passivation

Additive is a kind of colorless transparent and environmental protection additive. It applies the composite metal salts to form the uniform chemical conversion film on aluminum surface which can effectively enhance the coating film adhesion and corrosion resistance to the surface and the coating. 

Features:
1) Environmental protection: LW-19 is a kind of chromium-free, non-toxic and no heavy metals additive;
2) Simple: Simple process, wide control range;
3) Energy-saving: Operation at room temperature, bath make-up can apply running water;
4) Performance: Bath solution is stable and the coating film is of no color (transparent), it is also applicable for crystalphoresis pretreatment.

Waste water treatment： 
LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a washable chromium-free passivation product, which does not contain chromium or any other heavy metals. Thus, before discharging the waste water of degresing bath and chromium-free passivation bath, can apply quick lime and sodium hydroxide to neutralize the waste water PH to be 6.5-7.5 is ok. Specific discharge standards should be according to national laws and regulations and local government discharge standards.

LW-14無鉻專用除油劑是一種無色至淡黃色透明液體，含有強力脫脂表面活性劑、乳化劑及功能性添加劑，能有效地去除鋁型材表面的油脂、汙漬及自然氧化膜，對鋁基材無傷害。用作鋁型材噴塗、陽極氧化工藝的前處理，相對堿蝕處理而言，它具有成本低廉、鋁耗少和節省能源等優點。
