LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a kind of colorless transparent and environmental protection additive. It applies the composite metal salts to form the uniform chemical conversion film on aluminum surface which can effectively enhance the coating film adhesion and corrosion resistance to the surface and the coating. LW-19 is heavy metals- free and in line with the green environmental protection requirements, can completely replace the traditional chromium passivation coating for aluminum surface treatment, it can also be used to spray or immersion.

LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a washable chromium-free passivation product, which does not contain chromium or any other heavy metals. Thus, before discharging the waste water of degresing bath and chromium-free passivation bath, can apply quick lime and sodium hydroxide to neutralize the waste water PH to be 6.5-7.5 is ok. Specific discharge standards should be according to national laws and regulations and local government discharge standards.
